BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A popular western New York pizzeria made a special delivery to help the hungry this holiday season.
Just Pizza delivered 100 turkeys to the Buffalo City Mission. The owner of Just Pizza answered the mission's plea for holiday dinner donations.
Just Pizza Vice President Mark Campanella said, "I mean, when you're talking about the masses of a couple of thousand turkeys that are needed to feed the less fortunate, it's the right thing to do, it's the time to do it. And it's a means of giving back to the community that's been so good to us."
The mission is still in need of donations. They have collected 560 turkeys so far, but more than 2,000 are needed to provide more than 3,500 meals to homebound seniors, families, and individuals during this holiday period. To find out how you can help, click this link.

National Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Just Pizza
JUST PIZZA'S Founder Rudy Alloy Jr. stands alongside some of the Hundreds of the "PINK JUST PIZZA - PIZZA BOXES" that his JUST PIZZA'S are using through the Month of October to Demonstrate his companies Awareness during "NATIONAL BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH". A portion of the proceeds from the pizza boxes used will be donated locally For BREAST CANCER.

The Just Pizza, Inc. Charity Fund is proud to present the following funds from the proceeds of the Inaugural Just Pizza Charity Golf Tournament which was held this past September. The amount of $16,035.00 was raised and will be presented to the following three organizations through The Community Foundation Of Greater Buffalo:

$5,345.00 to the Women's & Children's Hospital of Buffalo / neo-natal care unit on behalf of Rudolph Alloy Jr. & Leonardo M. Falzone;

$5,345.00 to Sisters of Charity Hospital / neo-natal care unit on behalf of Ryan Alloy Jr.;

and $5,345.00 to Upstate New York Transplant Services on behalf of Joseph Luzio.
From the inception of this Great Event in 2009 thru 2011 The Just Pizza Charity Golf Event has Donated $40,035.00, Presenting in the Amounts of $13,345.00 to each of the above stated organizations.
